Her path

Stacey’s experience in healthcare gave her a front-row seat to the pressure leaders and teams face when expectations are high and emotions run close to the surface. She learned how to work effectively with patients, physicians, and management teams in environments where trust and clear communication matter.

She later spent five years with the largest privately owned third-party administrator in the Southwest, building wellness solutions, cost management services, and organizational trainings for companies large and small. In 2013, she joined The Nusbaum Group and has focused her work on coaching and training that helps people move to the next level personally and professionally.

Credentials that matter

Stacey holds certifications in the Social Styles Assessment Diagnostic and workplace conflict mediation through the Mediation Training Institute. Those tools matter because many leadership problems are not knowledge problems. They are communication, style, and trust problems.
